Current public collection
The public editorial core does not offer account registration, animal-record entry, AI chat, or checkout. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
Email, unsubscribe, and legacy operations
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide. The unsubscribe page and provider webhooks remain available to honor existing communication and billing obligations. Payment processors and email providers process data under their own terms. Do not submit sensitive animal, legal, financial, or identity information by email.
Retention and rights
Information is retained only as needed for security, support, contractual, legal, and operational purposes. Applicable rights depend on location and circumstances. Request access, correction, deletion, or another privacy action at info@hatchledger.com. Identity verification may be required.
No unsupported promises
We do not claim a particular encryption-at-rest design, audit program, data residency, backup schedule, deletion window, or response time unless it has been verified for the relevant system.
